The SaleCore CRM uses a scoring system we call Interest Level, or IL, to determine the activity of a contact.
The more active or responsive a contact is using your website or reading your email, the hight the Interest Level will rise. Some actions create more IL than others, for instance if a contact submits a Showing lead, that is valued much higher than simply reading an email from a campaign, but any action can increase the IL. If a contact does not interact with your website or email, then the system will subract points for inactivity.
This tool is a simple way to determine who the most active contacts in your database are and what activity they have.
You will also receive emails indicating this activity so you don't have to see it by logging in everyday into the CRM.
