Managing Listings in CORE

CORE Listings management allows you to create and manage listings apart from the MLS. You can add listings before we get them in your IDX feed as well as additional information we do not get in the IDX and maintain them more promptly than the IDX feed.

Once you create a listing in CORE, you must make all updates to the listing in CORE and not in the MLS. CORE will not automatically update from the IDX, because CORE does not recognize what changes you have made and what information you intend to appear different from the IDX.

When a listing closes, you'll create a transaction for it which will remove it from active listings and the property search. If you are not using the Transaction system in CORE, you'll need to set the property to "off-market" when it is no longer available for sale.
