Emailed Leads: The difference between Generic and Custom

There are two levels of Emailed Leads.  Custom and Generic.

Generic is included for all CORE clients, and includes generic templates for common services.  Notifications of new leads are sent to the default company email address (setup, company). It is a "lite" version, which should work for smaller companies with lower volume on commonly found email sources.

Custom is available for companies who have purchased a Small Company license or above.  It includes the ability to have custom parsing plans (for other lead sources), alternate notification strategies and the ability to route your emailed leads via ALD.
