Emailed Leads: Why aren't all emails processed?

Emailed Leads attempts to read critical fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number from the email you submit to the address. 

Sometimes those fields are missing or non-decipherable. In that case, the lead will be forwarded to your configured email address with a note that it could not be parsed, and you may manually enter it into CORE or forward it as an email as you prefer.  

If you commonly find a particular sender's emails cannot be processed, a custom plan can be written if you are a subscriber to our custom program.
