Logging calls in CORE Contacts

In CORE, it is important to use the call logging feature, either from the contact grid or the contact details.

Logging a call makes a note in Notes, and comes with some predefined outcomes you can simply select such as "left a message" or "no answer" or "bad number", which cut down on the need to take notes.

Using the call logging feature also updates the grid to show whether the number is known to be good or not, quickly letting you know in the future if you've called the number before, or if its known to be good/bad, without having to remember or read the notes.

Clicking on either the call count from the grid or the +call button opens up the call note entry.

Select the appropriate Call Result and enter any notes from the call.
